The 2018 Spring/Summer United Premier Soccer League season will be the 106th season of FIFA-sanctioned soccer in the United States and the 8th year of the UPSL.

Conference Realignments
New conferences with all new teams were added in Texas, the Midwest, the Northeast, and the Southeast. Additionally, the Desert Mountain Conference was eliminated and regionalized, with its Idaho and Utah teams forming the Mountain Conference; its Arizona and Nevada teams joining new teams from New Mexico and West Texas to form the Southwest Conference; and the Las Vegas Mobsters and Logan United FC folding.
